- I am trying to get applications that use MacTCP to work on EtherTalk. When I use
- the localtalk connection I have no problems.
-
- It's only when I switch over to EtherTalk that I have problems. I use a Webster
- Multiport Gateway to connect the LocaTalk macs onto the Ethernet segment that
- other Mac are connected. The Ethernet segment is a subnet off a Class B address
- connected to the rest of my network through a cisco router.
-
- Because my localtalk macs work OK proves that IP gets through to the cisco and
- beyond. My Multigate has been configured to talk EtherTalk Phase 2.0 justlike my
- EtherTalk mac has been.
-
- Can anyone offer a suggestion?
