  18. I wonder if it is worth to install PVM (parallel virtual machine). It is 
  19. supposed to have a lot of limitations (scalability over 10 machines, 
  20. debugging, &others I can dig up if interest is there). At least this 
  21. was the conclusion of a summer student that did a long evaluation/test
  22. project with PVM here at LLNL.
