  28. Sounds like I was lucky.  When the offer was out, I read about it
  29. here.  A couple of days later, I received a big white envelope from
  30. DEC with a neon-orange sticker that said something like "FREE VMS
  31. MOTIF OFFER" on it.  I filled out the forms, sent them in, and
  32. received the PAK and tape about three weeks later.
