  11.   When I give the $CREATE/TERMINAL command on one of our VAXes, I get:

  13.     dectermport failed to find language, XOpenDisplay("") returned NULL
  14.     %DECW-F-CANT_OPEN_DISPL, can't open display

  16. What does this mean ?

  18.   Yes, I have defined the display with SET DISPLAY/CREATE....  A
  19. similar procedure works on other machines, but not this one.  I suspect
  20. that there's a problem with the DECwindwos installation, but I'm at
  21. a loss to say what.
