  15. This is probably an FAQ, but....

  17. We are using software called PacerPrint to print PostScript files on
  18. non-Digital PostScript printers, including QMS, DataProducts and
  19. Linotron devices.  Digital's ScriptPrinter software didn't work with
  20. non-Digital printers (well, it didn't when we tried it a few years ago).

  22. Our newest printer is a level 2 PostScript printer from DataProducts and
  23. we can't get anything out with PacerPrint.  Our supplier of PacerPrint
  24. doesn't appear to be around any longer and the distributor we dealt with
  25. no longer handles the product.

  27. So, the questions are:

  29. 1) Does anyone know who, in the UK, has taken over distribution of PacerPrint?
  30. Does anyone know of a dealer?
  31.  
  32. 2) Are there any other good PS symbionts for non-Digital PS printers?  Digital's
  33. latest offering, which may or may not work with other printers, is #258 media
  34. plus around #700 licence, I believe!
