  13. I would be interested to know if anyone has successfully installed the IBM 0663
  14. 1 Gigabyte SCSI disk on a VAXstation 3100 or VAXstation running VMS 5.5. This 
  15. disk has been installed on DECstations running Ultrix at CERN but even though
  16. the disk is seen online as a generic scsi device, any attempt to initialize
  17. the disk results in an %INIT-F-DRVERR, fatal drive error.  I have managed to use
  18. this disk on a VAX 6000-420 using a CMD BI-SCSI adapter.
