- college and don't know where they got it. The C source says is is released
- to the public domain. This is TAIL.C v 2.0. I will place it in anonymous

- For non-unix users (like me), the "TAIL" command is use to print-out/extract
- the last "n" lines of a file. This one even works on .log files which are
- still open by the batch!
