  27. You got that right, Terry.  We never even heard of the free update offer until
  28. the deadline was past.  We beat up on our DEC-critter, saying that we should
  29. get it for free since we never were informed (we were told about the upgrade
  30. one week after it expired), but our words fell on deaf ears.
