  13. Hello netters,
  14. a hardware question here, but I don't know any better place.
  15. I own an old microvax II with 6 MB RAM. Now I found a cheap 8MB board
  16. and quickly removed the grant continuity card and the 1 MB board from
  17. the first slot after the cpu (BA23-cabinet) and put the 8 MB (Caminton
  18. is the producer) in.
  19. Well, the vax comes gracefully to the '>>>'-prompt, but won't find the
  20. secondary boot, aka. test 2 and test 1 fails.
  21. Whenever the cpu tries the test 2 all leds at the DELQUA, go out and
  22. wont go on again until the power is cycled.
  23. Since the memory test (6) went good and the board did run in another
  24. myvax, I have no idea what problem I have now.
  25. Any help or suggestion?
