  11. I have a DHV11 (without a manual) for my VaxStation II running VMS 5.5 .

  13. I had the card installed and found that VMS crashed with a bug check in
  14. kernal mode during the VMS startup phase (bit difficult to know where).

  16. The DHV11 config switches were set DDDDUDUD DDUDDDDU  (D=>open) as viewied
  17. from Q-bus edge connector.

  19. Are the switches set correctly (and the card stuffed) or what are the correct
  20. settings.
