  12. Someone asked for the BLAS routines for the VAX vector processor, but did
  13. not leave a return address in the message.

  15. The BLAS routines are in a separate layered product called the Digital
  16. Extended Math Library for VMS, UPI YEZ, SPD 31.67, PAK EXT-MATH-LIB.
  17. The product includes BLAS levels 1, 2, and 3 and signal processing
  18. functions, and supports ordinary VAXes and vector processors.  Fortran
  19. HPO appears to think they are intrinsics, but you can't use them without
  20. installing the product and PAK.  We just ordered it but have not received
  21. it yet.
