  20.   Well, we wanted to here, but it turns out, that if you are using 
  21. the subset of UCX that allows TCP/IP X windows transport without
  22. a license, you can't use VMS POSIX, because it has its own unlicensed
  23. subset of UCX features it wants to install and use.
