  21. ANAL/DISK/REP write locks the disk it is working on. It also tries to
  22. create a work-file in SYS$SCRATCH. If SYS$SCRATCH is on the disk being
  23. worked on, then the above problem arise. The workaround is to
  24. redefine SYS$SCRATCH to another disk. If I remember correct, then
  25. this changed with VMS 5.4, so that you do not have do anything to
  26. ANAL/DISK/REP the SYS$SCRATCH disk.
