- The ethical issue: I do not think the person has done wrong. He has done
- what a gentleman should do !

- He may still have violated the law, if it is interpreted very stricly, but I
- do not think anyone would raise an eyebrow. Analogy: you are driving a car
- and suddenly a dangerous situtaion arises, which you avoid by speeding up.
- You have exceeded the speeding limits, but you have avoided an accident.
- Noone is comming after you for that, even though I doubt that the law
- about speeding limits mention such exceptions.
