- Hello,
-
- Would like to hear from anyone whom is currently running PathWorks TCP/IP
- and using TGV MultiNet's UCX $QIO emulator.
-
- Any problems???? Are you satisfied??? Does it do the job for you???
-
-
- Also, would like to hear from anyone running DECmcc and using the MultiNet's
- UCX $QIO emulator. Same questions.... Many of you most likely fit into both
- categories.
-
-
- FYI, the UCX $QIO emulation is what allows products like PathWorks, DECmcc,
- and DEC RPC to function with MultiNet. DEC advertises that these products
- will only work with their TCP/IP product UCX.
-
- This is very important to my site, perhaps the single most important factor
- on choosing VAX TCP/IP software. I am aware that Wollongong's newest release
- is supposed to have this same functionality. If anyone has experiences with
- the new Wollongong UCX $QIO interface please reply as well.
-
- I will summarize if I get sufficient responses to warrant it...
-
