  25. I just bought the CSET/2 compiler and tool suite. With it came a 5 page or
  26. so (depending if you want to count the order form and blank pages) 
  27. pamphlet entitled "OS/2 2.0 Technical Library Publications Order Form."

  29. It gives a brief paragraph describing each of the volumes. If this is
  30. worth the net.bandwidth and it wouldn't violate copyrights, I could
  31. type the whole thing in (let me know).

  33. But the short answer is that the phone number to call is 1-800-IBM-PCTB, and
  34. yes, the 17 books are available individually.

  36. There is both a "Part Number" and a "Form Number". You save about $45 by
  37. buying the bundle over the 17 volumes individually. The Form Number appears
  38. to be the same as the Part Number, except that it is prefixed by a "S".

  71. came with the CSET/2 how to simply invoke the compiler and linker to compile
  72. a simple "hello world" program. Any hints on where to look for info on this?
