  18. reporting bugs, and that's the reason that we installed the cset2 and
  19. workframe ids on Internet: to make it easier to get in touch with us
  20. directly.  We are working with the support people to help understand why
  21. these problems arise and what we can do to make them go away.  We are
  22. concerned about providing timely and accurate support.  So if you do have
  23. problems, please email the details to the cset2 id (cset2@vnet.ibm.com)
  24. and we'll look into them.
