- refer to programming for/under OS/2.

- The Watcom package alone is fine insofar as you want to port/write text-mode
- (full-screen or windowed) OS/2 applications.

- While there are parts of the documentation to refer to PM apps, they
- assume that the reader is knowledgeable/has additional information
- and additional libraries for OS/2 system calls/PM calls.

- Thus, to write PM apps, it would appear that it would be necessary to get
- not only the Watcom fortran but also IBM's Workset/2. BTW, the
- Watcom stuff appears to be compatible/fully integrable within the
- workset/2.
