- I am running TCPIP 1.2.0 on OS2/2 GA. Sometimes, for no obvious reason, an
- rsh from our RS6000 hangs the machine. The rsh call on the RS6000 does not
- return, and the OS2 machine freezes. The interesting thing is, is that it
- will respond to pings, and will run other rshs successfully - eg
- "rsh idlewild dir" will work. Nothing else (telnet / trying to drag a
- window ) works though. Any hints / idea / have you been through this
- too ? Are there any APARs that I should have ( I loaded one lot, none
- of which affected the rpc stuff, as far as I can see )
-
-
- Any help or hints appreciated,
- Chris
