- It depends on how many daemons you have running, but TCP/IP is a
- little sluggish in 8 MB, yes.

- Not hard to get. I would stick with a "mainstream" adapter -- the
- 3Com ones are fine. You can take a look at the full list of NDIS
- drivers by ftp'ing over to ftp-os2.nmsu.edu. There are some in
- /pub/downloads at the moment, some elsewhere.

- I suggest 16-bit. The price differential is usually not that great,
- and you free up one of those valuable lower interrupts (assuming the
- card supports higher order interrupts).
