  23. The only freeware or shareware TCP/IP package for OS/2 at present is a
  24. version of KA9Q which runs only across SLIP.  The author is currently
  25. working on an update which supports NDIS drivers and is more
  26. Presentation Manager oriented, but it hasn't been released yet.

  28. The IBM package is about $130 for base services at academic discount
  29. for the first license, which is not too bad.
