- What would really be cool is the ability to use any font on the system
- in a DOS/OS2 box. This seems like a fairly simple thing to write
- into the graphics driver (not that I've ever written an OS/2 driver!).
- Even better would be drag & drop capacity from the font pallette, but
- this might be harder to implement, since the system doesn't currently
- let you drop fonts onto windowed sessions. These things wouldn't
- actually be all that useful in practice (read: lab/office) but
- would be great for ads/PR (read: rubbing in the noses of Windows
- weenies).
-
- What would actually be useful is the ability to save different font
- preferences for different windowed sessions... i.e. I want my
- WP/DOS window to open up in a medium sized font, and my 4OS2 window
- to open up in a very small font so I can get 50 lines on the screen.
- [ By the way, does anybody know how to do this now using a REXX
- script to change the font or something? ].
