- I followed the example file STARTDOS.CMD in the REXX patch I got from
- ftp-os2, and was able to bring up a DOS session. My problem is that
- the "settings" parameter which holds all the DOS settings refuses to
- retain any more than about two and a half lines' worth of text. This
- limits me to changing only a small subset of DOS settings for a given
- DOS session. Is there a way around this problem? (Or am I doing
- something wrong?)
-
- Alternatively, is there a way to bring up an existing program object
- (with all the correct settings) through a REXX script?
-
- Thank you for your help.
