- I don't know if this helps or not but I had a similar setup working perfectly
- not too long ago. 20Mb MFM/hard floppy controller runing off my AMI motherboard
- bios, 80Mb SCSI (AHA1520). Use of the motherboard bios (not the card's) seemed
- necessary for DOS operation. I don't know why.

- I had the 20Mb disk as a 1Mb bootmanager partition and primary DOS partition
- the D drive (SCSI) formatted HPFS during the installation procedure. I followed
- Example 2 of appendix C in the installation guide with the exception that D
- was a primary partition rather than a logical drive.

- As far as fixing things like "can't find country.sys" or (my favouite) "can't
- find _the_ file." the best I could ever do was re-install. not very elegant.
