- It happens sometimes.

- If it does, just make sure that everything is shut down (your
- applications) and all your data files are saved. Then, from the
- desktop, select Refresh instead of Shutdown. Then press CTRL-ALT-DEL.
- When the BIOS message comes up on the screen turn off the system (if
- you wish).
