- You can load vdisk.sys in your config.sys file. This has the property of
- being available for all sessions, including OS/2, which may or may not be
- what you want. I always have a 1 Meg ramdisk defined - of course, I have 16
- Meg RAM so I can throw away a Meg without killing performance. You may not
- want to do this with only eight. I have not tried doing it for a single DOS
- session ...
