- Is the card 8514/A hardware compatible? If so, you could run the
- 8514/A driver.

- In the meantime, though, I recommend a few steps to help address your
- vision concerns. OS/2 is very friendly to those concerns, and here
- are some tips:

- (1) Change the icon text to a larger typeface. (You can also change
- other text items on the desktop to a larger type, but this is just one
- example.)

- (2) Run things full screen. You can get positively giant type if you
- issue the command MODE CO40,12 in a full screen OS/2 session. (There
- are other possibilities, too.) Full screen type is often a lot easier
- to read.

- (3) Use alternate views of your folders.
