- Modplay is sending bytes directly to the sound hardware. This is a
- timing critical application, and may cause problems. This is known.
- Using a DAC on LPT1 will mean all your data gets channeled through the
- spooler - not a happy situation.

- Your best bet is to somehow increase the multitasking priority of the
- DOS session in which ModPlay is running. I'm not sure how to do this,
- but I believe it can be done with a program recently posted to
- comp.binaries.os2. Also, close as many other applications as you can,
- to give ModPlay the greatest share of the clock.

- You MIGHT try setting HW_TIMER to "on", but on my system, this caused
- ModPlay to crash OS/2. So you might want to forgo that idea.

- different Module Player (Also DOS based) from the Net, and I'll post
- the results of trying to use it when I get a chance to play with it.
