- Quite successfully, yes.

- Are you quite sure that the card is set for Interrupt 5? This doesn't
- happen through magic -- you have to make sure the card is actually
- generating interrupts on that line (that you have set the appropriate
- jumper). If the card only has one jumper (i.e. "Choose one: COM1,
- COM2, COM3, COM4") then you are likely not using IRQ 5.
