- I was trying, like most of us, to get my ET4000 thingy to work.
- (Mine is a Optima Mega [1Mb] in a 486/33/Ami bios/20Mb RAM/HPFS system)

- I've got it working as far as the WPS. As soon as I go full screen DOS
- or OS/2 it starts loosing bits. Random characters appear in full color.
- But, and this is the funny part, only in the actual cmd.exe or
- command.com. As soon a I start an application like Qedit
- things work fine. Getting back to the shell and the mess starts again.

- Are tehre any patches which would fix this. I already loaded the most
- recent vgafix3 stuff.
