  20. Really? If so,  this is good  news. But it  contradicts what we've  been
  21. told  by  the  local  Borland  people,  who  seem to be bracing us for a
  22. non-trivial upgrade fee. They said that the list price would probably be
  23. $995, and that the  upgrade would be a  couple of hundreds bucks,  easy.
  24. Then again, maybe the deal is  different in Canada than in the  US. Time
  25. will tell.
