- CP Backup doesn't seem to want to quite work on my machine using the
- standard (for me) DOS settings. I just tried to
- restore some disks created on another machine, told it to choose
- directories, and it's just stuck there with the message "Reading directory
- information", and no disk activity at all. What's more, I can't close the
- window. I tried, but it won't go away.
-
- One theory. I exclude the region D0000-D7FFF, to allow room for an EMS page
- frame. However, that memory is used by my SCSI controller (which is also my
- floppy controller - PS/2 model 90). Might that be relevant?
-
- Also, how do you get rid of windows that don't want to go away?
