  11. I seem to recall hearing someone mention a fix from Microsoft for Word 1.1 for
  12. OS/2. What fixes are available? If so, what is the telephone number to call and
  13. how do I describe what I want?  (ie. patch fix numbers or some such info.)

  15. I'm specifically having the "menus don't respond" problem.  However, I want
  16. to fix everything that can be fixed while I'm at it.
