  11. I have similar error too. that is c000005
  12. but my system is 386/33DX, IDE 400mb Hd, 8mb ram
  13.             and Dos5 is primary
  14.                 Os2 v2.0 ext.
  15. yet, i have tried disable all cache and shadow, and playing
  16.      around with RAM too. but no sucess.

  20. Note that, during installation i also have another problem :
  21.       Installed ok.. up to diskette5 and thence again the installation disk
  22.          Now ..it said take the disk out and reboot and thence coming
  23.                to the set up part ...
  24.         Good ..taking disk out and reboot
  25.      Problem .... after reboot it display the picture od os2 the icon
  26.                  of clock .... and then FREEZE

  29.      Thus i thence cold rebooted and everything ok to the last disks.
  30.      Thence the pc was rebooted and came up with bootup manager and it
  31.             was running ....
  32.             and it said some drivers not installed and ask press enter
  33.             to continue, so i procecced as it told..

  35.      yet i did check the config.sys for those device drivers specified,
  36.          i found nothing (?) wrong, because those drivers are existed and
  37.          located at the right subdirectory as specified in config.sys

  40. ?????  What should i do now ?
  41.        what the error code c000005 means ?
  42.        I know there existing of a listing all error codes mean for OS2, but
  43.      i don't know where it is ? Does there anyone know, could you mail me ?
