- A Microsoft person kindly pointed this out, to which I replied that
- the approach that Apple took (a utility) would make more sense. Write
- a "Microsoft File Exchange" program with the express purpose to
- read/write FAT diskettes and that's all you need. Why bother working
- on hard drive SuperFAT (or whatever)?

- Unless you felt that allowing DOS applications running in the emulator
- access to the floppy disk was of critical importance, but that still
- wouldn't require anything more than floppy-only support for FAT.
