  23. Oh, I don't know about that. There is some truth to that statement. As a
  24. matter of fact, I, like some others on the net, subscribe to the theory
  25. that one of important reasons for Win 3.1 success is '3d buttons'. In
  26. this era, 'image is everything' and I think Microsoft, above all, knows this.
