  18. wasn't right. I've appended the answer I was given from Microsoft Ltd

  20. You'll see that they're giving preference on the kits to attendees of
  21. their seminars (which makes sense, its what we did) and then they're going
  22. to be available to all. Personally, I'd recommend going to a seminar to
  23. anyone who is serious about Win32 application development. There's just so
  24. much information to pick up, and taking it point-blank from the cd-rom with
  25. or without docs isn't a fast thing - there seminars are very reasonably priced
  26. as well

  33. We will run a series of half day Win32 developer seminars, starting as 
  34. soon as we have these kits in the UK, and every delegate will walk away 
  35. with a kit. We want to encourage all developers to attend one of these 
  36. seminars to get a call to action on porting 3.1 apps and to preempt the 
  37. support calls we would otherwise get from developers.

  40. can be ordered directly by developers.
