- Hi!
-
- I tried to compile some examples out of the samples directory of the
- Windows NT SDK. The problem is, that the compile and link cycle is
- awfully slow because my machine seems to swap a lot. When I decide to
- activate another task while the compiler is running the system gets so slow
- that even the mouse pointer does not get updated properly. The only way out
- is to reboot the computer or wait approx. 5 Minutes till the system stabilizes
- again.
- I have a 486 - 33 and 12MB of Ram. My question:
-
- How are your experiences in compiling with 12MB ??
- What changes when you update to 16MB RAM ??
-
- Michael
