  17. The first release of Windows NT is aimed at the European languages - Microsoft
  18. Japan should be contacted for those who want to regisiter their interest in
  19. the pre-release program for the Japanese version of Windows NT, which will
  20. include more tools for that market. Of course, Unicode, which is included
  21. in all releases of Windows NT, is itself a significant localization
  22. feature. yukim@microsoft.com is a suitable contact in Japan for
  23. developers
