  13. Has anyone tried to get TCP/IP working?  According to the
  14. Release Notes, page 21, "Instructions for TCP/IP and
  15. utilities", there is a bunch of stuff "If you installed using
  16. the graphical setup program".  But we don't have a SCSI CD
  17. ROM, so used the dos2nt install procedure.

  19. My card is a Western Digital 8013, which is on the "approved
  20. list".  I edited the tcpip.ini file, and ran regini against it
  21. (this generated a shitload of errors--apparently regini
  22. doesn't like comments).  I can see that the stuff made it in
  23. however, by running the regedit browser.  I also added a
  24. hosts list to c:/winnt/system/drivers/etc/hosts.  I also
  25. uncommented the wdlan field in registry.ini after running
  26. dos2nt, but before rebooting to complete the installation
  27. process.

  29. When I try to start the services, I get:

  31. "The TCPIPSVC service could not be started.
