  11. A friend and I have both got SoundBlaster Pros.  He recently got the CD-ROM
  12. upgrade for it and it's working just fine.  I'll be getting mine in the mail
  13. any day now.

  15. My friend also got the $69.00 NT "Alpha" last week and was looking forward
  16. to installing it over the weekend.  He informed me that the install crapped
  17. out with a message like: "No SCSI CD-ROM detected, Install aborted."
