  12. Borland C++ 3.1 problem and NO TECH SUPPORT! (15 mins on hold too long!)

  14.    After selecting "Functions" form the Browse menu, I get
  15. "No Global Functions". I have followed all procedures listed in
  16. the 3.1 Users Guide. Has anyone else had any luck with this option?
