  16. Has anyone heard from Borland about an upgrade for TC++W from Win 3.0 to
  17. Win 3.1?  I have seen TC++W in stores with stickers saying it's 3.1 compat,
  18. but I've seen no specifics there, on the net, or in the mail.  What gives?

  20. Also, is there a BBS for Borland support?  I seem to recall some one mention-
  21. ing one, but I can't find a phone number among my saved articles.

  24. I've been holding back waiting for word from Borland, but I'm thinking about
  25. getting on with my life and upgrading to Win 3.1, with or without TC++W.
