  17. Hello, all.  I'm posting this for someone else.  Does anyone know of or has used
  18. run time library routines for outputing graphics to the display.  It must work
  19. with Microsoft C, do various types of charts at a high level (don't want to do
  20. any low level graphics), support autoscaling, able to print/plot to different
  21. printers and plotters (dot-maxtrix and laser), runs in DOS and/or Windows
  22. environment, and not require individual run-time license to run.
