  14. Sometimes when there are many apps loaded in memory, my app will get a zero
  15. return from a SizeofResource call.  I call SizeofResource immediately
  16. after a successful FindResource, but before LoadResource. Does anyone
  17. know what could be causing this? It just started happening under Windows 3.1
  18. it never occurred under 3.0.
