  13.         Guess the previous message didn't tweak anybody's fancy.  I guess I'll
  14. give it another try.

  16.         Does anybody know how I can Format a Disk from Visual Basic using the
  17. API.  Is this possible?  I know that a formatting routine exists in File
  18. Manager, Can I access this using DDE? If so, how???

  20.         After you've digested all of that, can anybody tell me why I bother????
