  11. Well, after watching for 2 weeks I've seen nothing on this topic, so
  12. I'll go ahead and ask...
  13.  
  14. Under 2.x and 3.0, I could put carriage returns (\n) into text strings
  15. that were then loaded into dialog box multiline edit controls.  These
  16. would then act as carriage returns, putting in blank lines, etc.
  17.  
  18. Under 3.1, these show up as | characters only.  This happens with both
  19. direct typing (hitting <return>), and with loading strings.
  20.  
  21. Is there a way around this, and/or a better way to break lines in
  22. these multiline edit controls?
