  11. I'm seeking the following: a Windows 3.1 DLL that can decompress
  12. an archived file.  The archive would most likely be zip or zoo.
  13. Source code prefered, but if it is well supported just the DLL
  14. might be okay.

  16. Note that I'm definitely not seeking a stand-alone application.
  17. Nor do I need to view the archive contents.  It just has to be
  18. able to decompress files under the control of a program.
