- Is there an 'approved' or 'recommended' way for a DOS program to say
- something along the lines of "Oy, Windows (if you're there).... I won't
- be needing any processor time for X milliseconds/seconds" ?

- I can't go away and wait for a key for a specified period because the
- program in question looks for various events happening and isn't really
- interested in key-presses most of the time.
