- I saw this ad and it allows 1.44MB Mac file transfers. This is really
- pretty simple since the format of the Mac HD disks (i.e. 18, 512 byte MFM
- sectors, 80 tracks, 2 sides) is readable by a HD 3.5" disk drive. The 800k
- and 400k disks are not stored using MFM and need a special controller to
- read those disks so file transfers are much more difficult.
